ORDER PROCESS
1. BROWSE &/OR ENQUIRE:
Browse the range of products/bundles and decide what you would like.
If you have any questions before deciding, do not hesitate to get in touch.
I aim to reply within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
Confirm your choices and select a deadline for each of the designs.
I will respond confirming your order.
Please note: your order is not booked in until I have sent confirmation.
Once confirmed I will invoice you for 50% upfront.
Send me your wording for each design. Please title each file with the product it is for.
If you have precise specifications for the wording layouts, please make this clear.
The deadline for the wording of each product is 30 days before your requested deadline for each
design (or 45 days if you have arranged for me to do the printing - printing quotes on request).
When your designs are ready, you will receive high quality digital files ready for print.
The default file type is PDF but I can provide other file types on request.
I will provide two versions of each file, 1 with crop&bleed marks, and 1 without, as some
print companies request you upload designs with crop and bleed marks included.
If there are any amendments you would like made to the wording or layout of your design, you have 1 round
of reviews included in the price. Any further rounds of reviews will incur an additional fee of £30.00 each,
and are subject to time limits of how close we are to the deadline.
Once reviewed and approved, I will send a completion invoice for the remaining 50%.
